Interviews Under Caution

We are getting lots of feedback from clients telling us they are not given enough time by the DWP fraud investigations teams to arrange legal representation. We do not think this is a deliberate policy to make it difficult to get legal advice but if you do get a letter asking you to attend an interview then do not delay. If needs be ring the DWP to say you need more time and ask for the interview to be put back to a later date.
