Legal Aid Changes

The rules about Legal Aid for benefit fraud representation have been tightened recently. There has been a lot of publicity surrounding this and we are finding that potential clients are automatically assuming that they are no longer entitled to free help. It is important to remember that Legal Aid is still available in many cases, so we will always check this with you before we take you on as a client. If you are not eligible, we will be happy to agree a reasonable fixed fee for our services.
